Shocking Service

I went into the Telkom Mobile sore on Saturday. Was treated rudely by Staff, was insulted.<br> <br> Female employee made no attempt to help, just saying that they do not offer the product I require, and must go to another town to obtain product. When asking for head offices phone number, she walked away and out the store. I commented that is very rude as she is busy with a customer, she said she has to PEE and does not need to politely excuse herself. She said only the manager can give me head office phone number. and he would be back on Monday.<br> <br> A gentleman that worked there, was conducting personal business while I was waiting to be helped. He ignored me. when I requested head office number from him, he said that I do not need it, its none of my concern, and why do I want it. The personal business was relating to buying phones or having phones repaired by a non-accredited person, which should be done after hours<br> <br> In Town and on social media, there has been several complains of lack of service, as well as ****** shown by the staff in the store where black customers are given preference to white customers - who are often totally ignored or told to go to Middelburg to be helped.<br>
