Shocking service!

I have been debited for subscriptions for 3 months, which I never subscribed to. I keep cancelling the subscriptions and then they just appear again. I requested to speak to a manager almost 3 weeks ago...still waiting. Irequested a refund since the first month...still waiting...Absolutely shocking service. Now I'm stuck with a contract from them. Urg!
