Shocking Service!

Hi<br> <br> A month ago I logged a call with call Ref ***A at the Tygervally Branch to have my ADSL line moved on the 1st Oct.<br> The guy at the counter confirmed the order has been placed, but suggested if I don't get an SMS to confirm I need to phone and confirm all is in in order.<br> During the Month of September I then phoned the Telkom Call Centre TWICE, and went to the same shop TWICE to confirm the line will be moved on time, and each time everybody confirmed it will be done.<br> <br> The reason I did this is because I run an internet business from home and my livelihood depends on having that ADSL line.<br> <br> Oct 1st came, nobody contacted me and my line didn't get moved.<br> <br> On Friday the 2nd I went back to to the Tygervalley Shop where they informed me there is nothing they can do, but they gave me some Ops Manager's office number to try and phone.<br> <br> I phoned Mr Johannes on Friday, and he promised me he'll find out, and call me back soon, but he think the line will be moved on the weekend.<br> <br> Needless to say he never called me back and the line never moved.<br> I been trying to get hold of him all morning, but he is not at work yet. The call centre cut me off 3 times and have been no help.<br> <br> Please Hel
