shocking service

I went to telkom maponya branch, which I was not acknowledged as a customer. I wanted to purchase data and on the counter the was no consultant , the other cubicles were occupied. I waited for long, as soon as one of the consultant was done she never attended to me just starred at me as if I'm not a customer. I waited longer till the manager arrived which was long.I asked her what was happening because I was waiting long and not assisted, she gave me attitude saying when nature call she has to attend to it while lashing at me.I was surprised confused and angry as a paying customer and wanted to purchase one of their product. I'm not happy regarding the service it is not for the first time, its my second time experiencing the same attitude. The manager even said i can go and complain,Can same thing be done at that branch.
