Shocking service!!
I have tried to call at least 10 branches of Telkom Mobile in the Western Cape and the result is either that their mailboxes are full or the phone just rings. I have left messages where possible and have emailed for a response as well....no luck. I need a response from someone for a simple query. Is this the way I need to get results each time I need to speak to a consultant?
