Shocking service

Today I was at Telkom Somerset Mall for the 3rd time after having had to turn around twice before due to a waiting line that goes out the door. I thought this time bite the bullet and wait. Stood around for more than an hour. The place is an absolute circus. Customers fighting with each other due to the chaos and certian individuals trying to jump the line. Landline and mobile queries all mixed up and in wrong lines. Words cant describe it. And to top it all when we got to the front after 1.5 hours they had no stock of the mobile phone. Telkom has no branch in Somerset West, no branch in the Strand and there were people as far as Grabouw and Kleinmond trying to get helped. I have dealt with many businesses but this is by far the worst ever. I travelled Africa and not even the worst border crossings look like the Telkom store in the Mall. Not a single satisfied customer in the store which is the size of a bathroom. You actually get claustrophobic. I went to the Cell C where I was immediately helped and with enough staff on hand. Took out 3 contracts for my staff and will be canceling my Telkom contract very soon. (That is if I can get any form of help after how long a stand again).
