Shocking service

The billings dept is very unreliable with sorting out queries.When you phone in with a query, you can hear then typing away ,supposedly sending your query through to another dept .Then you get told that the dept concerned , possibly the disputes dept. will contact you within a few days but you never hear from them. Their email service and Telkom app is the same .Your disputes never get attended to.Telkom has been around for many years but their service I'm afraid to say, is the pits. I have been trying to resolve an overcharge on my account since November 2020
