Shocking service

Once again Telekom fault fixing leaves a lot to be desired. Not resolved for over 2 weeks. Technician closed cased on Friday as resolved when the line was still dead after 2 weeks of waiting. Re logged the complaint still not resolved and it can’t be escalated. Totally ***********!!! This is my fathers phone who is a 75 years old and has lost 90% of his sight.
