Shocking service
Absolutely SHOCKING service. Poor product info!! NO ONE gets back to you as promised. Managers do not know procedure and really does not care about customers. Been battling for a MONTH to get a response. Every time I phoned it's a difference story and excuse.

13 Aug 2018, 10:44No Tumela this issue has STILL not been sorted. I have cancelled the landline service of the following number *** on the 12June(please see account) . I paid for 12June till 31 August and STILL I receive an account for September... HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? SHOULD MONEY NOT BE REFUNDED AS I PAID A MONTH THAT I WAS NOT EVEN AT THE PREMISES?? Notice period is 1month why was I overcharged? Absolutely terrible customer service...
