Shocking service
Shocking service.... was approached by a telkom agent who signed me up for a ADSL Wi-Fi contract. Took all my details to process this which was over a week ago. She tells me that she will get back to me in 5 days time. Gone over a week and no feed back. Called her yesterday and she said she was busy in training. Called her today and when she hears my voice she cuts the call. Absolutely pathetic. Telkom you should hire qualified people to represent you guys.
