Shockingly bad service. I sent them notification of 5th December to cancel some our our company's numbers, I have resent all the paperwork again and all I get back is automated messages. 7 months down the line and these numbers have still not been cancelled!!

Okay, so Telkom claims they have escalated my complaint. Really???? Not a soul from Telkom has contacted me in any form - call, email, nothing - HUGE BLACK HOLE. We have not been using their lines since last year so effectively Telkom is *****ing from us by not actioning the cancellation notice when it was given in December 2017. And, best of all they probably will not reimburse us the unnecessary billing. Never in a million years will I recommend them to anyone.
