Shocking service.
I have been waiting for feedback and assistance for 2 weeks now. I don't have internet or a working telephone line, and I'm trying to run a business. The private messages on FB is a waste of time, as no one responds. The app is not working, and apparently I have to use the app for further assistance. Shocking!
