Shocking service
I posted last week about my problem with Internet and wifi.It was down for a week after the post someone phoned me and it was fixed.Yesterday the wifi failed and I spoke toa consultant who could not fix it but promised someone would phone back.Guess what no phone call and I once again have no wifi and they cannot fix it via the call centre.Not sure why they have a call centre as they are clueless.This si disgusting and they do not care about customers.
