Shocking service

We have been dealing with Elisha since November 2014 to supply WiFi and Telephones to our Guest House<br> We received our WiFi receiver which is not giving us more than 1.6 Mbps down load speed and only works in the office and not in our guest rooms. We have currently built 2 out of the 16 rooms and are paying the full fee and this is unacceptable. The telephones have not arrived yet but only a dish was installed and we are using one of our old phones which is also not working properly. We can not open our guest house until we have proper WiFi and telephones but we are being billed for something we do not have. We can not reach him on his phone except for Wednesday when he promised to check the problem. He has not been in contact with us and we have emailed him the results and copies of the speed test. We have also not received a copy of the contract as promised
