Shocking penalty charges.

So Telkom charges R203 penalty for unsuccessful debit order. I have contract with them but since the level of network is poor I resulted to Vodacom. My router from Telkom hasn't been used in Four months and I never cancelled. It happened that I did not have funds on my account when they debit normal R140 and they charged a whopping R203 penalty plus R140 when I had funds on my account. This is shocking. Like more than 100% penalty. It's so useless tou coz I never have reception anyways. And I am even thinking to cancel this contract would be R5000 moss. Arg . Taking customer for a ride . The way the consultant was so rude to me is unimaginable. Shame on you..
