Shocking :( Overcharging for 9 months, numerous calls - NO HELP!!!!

<p>Telkom has been overcharging me for 9 months - charging for Fibre optic and ADSL services. I've called numerous times to get it sorted out, get reference numbers, get promised refunds and they still keep over charging me and no refund!!!!</p>
