SHOCKING MOBILE SERVICE TELKOM

Telkom Mobile service is absolutely shocking!! I have been struggling for over x4 weeks to port a number. You are not able to speak to anyone other than the customer call centre which is a new person every time. All you hear is that they apologise and will log the call it will take 24 to 72 hours. BE PATIENT is all you are told. I don't have any patience left. I can't use the nr being ported but I am being billed for the service every month!!! I am losing customers as no one can contact me just goes to voice mail. Then I get an email to say it has been resolved?? What has been resolved??? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I am back to where I started. How is this possible. PLEASE DON'T USE TELKOM AS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER YOU WILL BE MAKING A HUGE MASSIVE MISTAKE
