shocking lack of service

cancelled our uncapped ADSL contract in September 2017 with the adiquit notice, and re-forwarded it in October 2019 and in May 2018. No response what so ever! We made a good faith payment Of R3550.60 and we still to date are being charged after contract cancellation and constantly get collection agents and threats of default listment for an account we have paid and correctly cancelled.
