Shocking ineptitude...LTE

What a shambles. Decided to ditch ADSL and move to Telkom LTE-A. First they could not find my address. Then it took two weeks to load the address after giving them the GPS co-ords. Then I Place the order and Christopher does not put the order through. Chris's manager was supposed to call me - Never happened. They then deliver to the wrong address. The marketing material says just plug in the sim and start up the router and off you go. Not really... Now I have been told it will take 24-72 hours for the SIM to activate. Not helpful as I started this process with plenty of leeway to allow for testing etc before cancelling the ADSL access with Afrihost so that I can give them 30 days notice. Now you are messing this around too. You are not interested in customer service at all....
