Shocking incompetence of Telkom

Telkom owes me R5000 for the past 4 years. They acknowledge that the money is owed to me and open a query every time I complain. They then close the query but never make payment. The level of incompetence is staggering! I want my query resolved and my money paid, it is not an unreasonable request.
