Shocking!

Absolutely appalling service! Had the lte/fibre line installed on Friday ****h) but still with no internet access. Been given the run around regarding the issue - some say its because the order hasn't been released, now a consultant says it's because the technician needs to do some last process. This is nonsense! Been on the phone since Saturday with no luck what so ever!
