SHOCKING & FEEDING PEOPLE LIES

So a lady phones me and sells me a faster plan for my shocking internet connection. She says that Telkom will get hold of me & bring a new router and come and do all the set-up. this was 10 days ago and what a surprise nobody from Telkom has even bothered. They CON you into agreeing to a debit order & then have the cheek to take money off but nothing has been done!!!! I actually cannot even find the womans name or reference number as i trusted that it would be done & kept it. Can'r believe that I was so stupid to believe their LIES........ ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING
