Shocking experience with Telkom
<p>I so excited with the TElkom 15GB Big Deal which was a promotion running until 30 April. I app**** immediately for this deal as i saw it was for a short period of time. There has been no call from a Telkom agent to assist me., no email as we know online stuff there must be confirmation email. I know this to be true because i shop online with diffferent stores and all of them always.....always send an automated email confirmation. I have not received any call I've been trying to call to find out the status of my application, their landline is not working. I am a Telkom customer, and i've been enjoying the service until this recent shocking experience.</p>
