shocking - disgusting service
Call logged 10.09.2015 ref 434crk100915 escalation ref 743801 . No line - daily follow up calls from my cell lasting approx 20 - 30 minutes each with no resolution. Agents just putting me back into the call centre - shocking service - 4 managers failed to return my calls . I am disgusted !!!!!!
