Shocking delivery time......3 weeks STILL NO DEVICE. way!!!! Ridiculous delivery period

I app**** for a contract with Telkom Mobile and was advised it was approved and I should expect dlivery within the same week, I waited and nothing was delivered to me nor did I receive any communication.
