Shocking delivery time......a month later STILL NO DEVICE.......The HELL-KOM way!!!!

<p>Ridiculous delivery period</p> <p>I app**** for a contract with Telkom Mobile and was advisd it was approved and I should expect dlivery within the same week, I waited and nothing was delivered to me nor did I receive any communication.A week later I received a call advising they were having problems locating my office address so I again explained to the lady and she onc more confirmed my device will be delivered before the end of that week, itheer on Wednesday or Thursdday, those days came and went and still nothing. I then decided to phone them myself and was advised the application for the R99 hauwei device was not picking up on the system and will be phoned back by Sthe Zondo the person of who I had dealt with. I then emailed her explaining that I was going on leave and neded to know when the device will be delivered but again I was told they don't know but should be sometime this week. What the actually HELL am I being treated as if they ARE DOING ME A FAVOR. IT MAKES ME WONDER IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE I AM GETTING NOW BEFORE I EVEN OPEN THE CONTRACT, WHAT EXACTLY AM I LETTING MYSLF INTO HERE????? UTTERLY DISGUSTED. I went on vacation and have now gotten back and still the Telkom device is up in the cloud somewhere......clearly customer service is a thing of the past at Telkom.</p>
