Shocking delivery service from telkom

<p>I have a modem from Telekom that is not working and went to a Telekom branch to have it replaced - not one Telkom branch in Gauteng has stock. The staff at Telkom tell me that's this is an ongoing problem with the warehouse - an order is put through by each branch and just a few modems get delivered whenever it suits the warehouse - this happened to me last time I needed to exchange my modem. The staff say that there is nothing they can do and that they can't even get hold of the warehouse telephonically. I have waited for 10 days now - and no one can tell me when modems will be delivered again. Pretty poor service from Telkom who are trying to upgrade their name! Don't know where to go from here.....</p>
