Shocking customer support and an inability to provide basic telephone services

1. Everyone who tries to call my Telkom mobile number say that it goes straight to voicemail so I simply do not have access to an actual phone, which is what I pay a fortune for.

2. I tried to contact the customer support to resolve this. After being on hold for 20 minutes on the call line, I tried the chat. It took 15 minutes for someone to respond. 3 minutes into that discussion, and BEFORE THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED, the consultant closed the chat.

3. I have now been waiting for 30 minutes on BOTH chat and call lines to get this sorted out and there is still no response.
