SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH FAULTS!!

SHOCKING SERVICE! Our modem was hit by lightning a week ago - we have reported it and been phoning 3 times a day with NO HELP. Keep saying it is "with the technician" however no one has contacted us or been to our property. We are paying monthly and expect proper service otherwise the we might as well cancel the plan.
