SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE TELKOM PROMINADE

I am so annoyed with Telkom let me rephrase I am so disgusted with Telkom's stinking customer service words alone cnt explain hw I feel about their shocking customer service Iv been telkoms customer for years on a pre-paid and Iv nvr had any problems so Iv always wanted to take out a contract phone so I though let me take it out wth Telkom like why not iv been wth them for long and all! So now on the 9th of July I took out a contract with them I was happy with the terms and conditions ok cool a month and a few weeks later my phone phone isnt charging and its not playing music on earphones I took my precious time on my off day only to be told I have damaged the phone my self the African lady tht was assisting me was super sarcastic and rude #its a pity I never took her name# I felt abused, interrogated and undermined she would finish my sentences sarcastically aftr she's asked m a question she asked m f I do hv an insurance like hello I am stil in warranty and my phone is technically a month she forced an alternative charger on the phone u could see she was forcing t and she asked m to come around and see and asked me can u see I dd nothing but the phone is charging I asked her so wat are u saying she said I'm telling u to use an alternative charger the alternative charger I blv I hv to pay for.... I said ok let's say I take ur advise but is it normal for one to force a charger in like you dd this phone is just a month to be charged like ts an old phone she said I won't answer to tht with an attitude I continued and asked her let's say the alternative charger was charging then wat about the earphones she told m the earphones hv got nothing to do wth them or the phone they are accessories I asked her y must I use an alternative charger when I hv my own charger she said I don't knw wth an attitude I kept quiet and told her to do her job.....she then said I'd have to pay R188 for wasting their time f I'm disputing the repair charge what repair charge am I not in my warranty? Telkom is taking people for a joke iv never across such in my entire life I mean the phone is worth R17000 it's only a month and ts already giving m issues I might as well hv gone to cash crusaders to get myself a second hand phone if there was a minus zero I would rate Telkom a minus zero cs thts what thy derserve for their disgusting service I am super annoyed this all happened in Mitchell's plain promenade
