Shocking Customer Service

<p>Telkom's customer service is absolutely useless. 8 gigs of data miraculously disappeared from my bundle, within the space of 2 days, at the beginning of October. I had barely used the Internet. Upon enquiring about my concern at the Cavendish Square Telkom Mobile branch, I was informed that the branch only deals with sales, and not support. Infuriating. I desperately need my internet working. I have reported this on their Facebook page, and have not received a response.</p>
