Shocking customer service
After months of dealing with shocking customer service, no repairs done on our faulty cables (even though Telkom still insists there is no issue), I've taken to writing a public review. Multiple calls, apparent call-outs (that never materialised) -I am STILL paying for a service I am not receiving.
