shocking call time

I have been holding on for technical assistance for over 75min absolutely horrific service. I am still waiting. Unfortunately this is not the 1st time phone and Internet faulty since Dec. Several calls to the centre have taken around 30min to be answered. Customer service in this country is ********** but this is a whole new level. Would love to put a proposal together on how to deliver customer service.
