Shocking and useless

I have been trying to get assistance from you idiots for over 2 months now and I am still no closer to any resolution. All I want to do is change my contract from a 10gb to a 30gb!! I am trying to give you more money, what don't you understand about that. After 2 months, I have yet to speak to anyone and all forms of communication just result in some ****wit there telling me they have marked it as urgent. Stop telling me it's urgent and try doing your job for once in your life... I suppose you will just mark this as urgent too!!!! I really hate Telkom and I will be doing my utmost to cancel all personal and corporate business with you if this is they way you treat your customers
