Shocking and disappointing service

Your service is disappointing I paid 1019 at Pick and pay in September the 1100r in October 2025 but still have an outstanding and my credit score is messed up because of you guys....I have not been getting free airtime and data on my contract 3 devices which are under my name I tried going in-store , at Ardeley , Century City and N1 city but to no avail, only to be told someone will call but they only call and are not able to assist.funny enough you guys debit my account monthly and still leave 2100r outstanding even if I paid that money ...I need you people to do an investigation at your closed store in Waterfront because I paid 2 consecutive months at pick n pay Waterfront on an account and reference I was given by your employee and I want you people to fix my score before I escalate this to ombudsman because I can't be getting emails from debt collectors for money that I paid for
