Shocking and ********* service

Very angry with horrible service received from Telkom. Have cancelled my mobile account in June 2020 which clearly shows. Was then handed handed over to a company Nudebt which is charging penalties without any explanation. Have approached Telkom store on numerous occasions and sent proof to nudebt, yet still harrasing me. On seeing reviews on hello Peter it's really sad that Telkom acts in this way... Shame on Telkom and nudebt for trying to exploit their customers.
