shocking accounts department

Never ending debit orders coming off my bank account. Maybe ***** by Telkom. My expired contract went to prepaid now they billing me for device org.carry over + migration admin. Please contract finished. I purposefully let my debit order bounced until they fix this mess. Took off R1111 incorrectly on 20 November. Now another four amounts on 24 November, this is a disgrace, I've been a customer for years, had enough now, nobody can help at call centre just that it's been escalated, haha two weeks ago and they continue to deplete my bank account.
