Shocking account service

Accounts and payments department is shocking. Keep saying use the portal to pay which I do. Still get disconnected because takes you a week to pick up your payments even after phoning several different accounts departments who constantly give wrong email addresses for proof of payment. Disconnected again after being connected for 1 day. Saying payment due for this month before its even due. So must pay and wait another week with no internet till decide to connect again. So 2 weeks with no internet and I must pay again for nothing and wait and another week.
