Shocking

I am shocked and in disbelief at the level of service that Telkom provide. I logged a complaint below and was contacted by Telkom's service department advising me that a case was logged with the call centre. To date I have not received any call. I even emailed the address below and nothing. Is this how business is conducted in Telkom ? if this is the case then no wonder people are going elsewhere. Why even have a call centre if they are as useless as your social media team. Do you think responding quickly to a complaint on hello peter makes a difference.. your service sucks Telkom. I would rather go to Cell C than deal with a company that offers no sales and service. You guys shouldn't advertise mobile deals if you cannot even contact a client.
