SHOCKING !!!!!!!!!
Today is day 3 ! I am shaking I am so frustrated and angry! We phone Telekom to UPGRADE our ADSL line. Today is day 3 without internet and emails ! Every call center agent does not know what they are talking about and I keep getting told to call sales and then technical department then sales then technical department FED UP IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT !!!!!!!
