SHOCKED

So i was at Telkom in GreenStone today. Waiting in line i noticed that the sales lady and client were competing in a screaming match for all to see, when the client asked for the manager she said shes busy. Then the same sales lady and new customer got into dropping the K word and calling eachother dogs. This put all the staff in a mood which made them not want to serve the clients in the line. I was shocked to see what had occurred and left the store to find a new service provider. This is unprofessional and staff members need to go for a conflict management course. <br> <br> Telkom it's self also needs to stop advertising products that aren't even stocked in the warehouse the whole organization is a sad joke
