Shivon - Telkom Store Manager pathetic service

Thank you for the amazing service Sipho, however I'm am extremely disappointed of the service received from the store Manager Shivon. She has no professionalism when dealing with customers. Infact customer service is non existent from Shivon. I'm not sure how does she building customer relationship and loyalty. She is extremely unwelcoming, no engagement with customer what wo ever, no acknowledgement of customers. I don't know if this is a race thing, as I saw a different approach when people from her race walked into the store.

On day 1.when I came to the store, staff needed her assistance and she approached the desk where I was being assisted, she did not acknowledge me as a customer at her shop, I had to acknowledge her and say hello and I said to her ma'am we acknowledge customers.

On day 2 she literally neglected me once again, Sipho had to run behind her for her to sign my documents. I literally had to say out loud I'm about to complain now and that's the only time she attended to Sipho. Still no acknowledgement.
