****ty Service from Telkom Mobile

Absolutely pathetic service. Telkom over charges customers and has the audacity to say that we are liable. Without advising or contacting me, Telkom mobile has ran up my bill to an amount that I haven't even used and when I contact them about it, the consultant gives me attitude. This is worst experience I've had with Telkom since joining and will move to a new provider soon. I can understand if I actually own that money or have used the services for that value. When tracking my usage, the amount I owed was nothing close to my current bill. I am extremely upset and disgusted with this type of customer service.
