****ty service from Telkom

Im a GP in umtata. Since kast week tues my landline and data have not been working. I called and advised telkom,got an sms that fault was lodged by me and they are attending to it. Later on tues i get an sms that fault has been resolved. The fault was still there though landline and data not available. I calked again following day was told the oerson cleared the fault without checking. Since last week tues i have been without a landline and no data. Im unable to work as i have to check funds with med aids and submitt claims. Why is Telkom like this is it because we rely soley on them for our landline as for the adsl im going to get another company forvthe dats line. Telkom is giving very ****ty service.
