****TY SERVICE, AGAIN!!!

I don't know whether it's a trend with you cellular networks or what, but whatever it is, it truly sucks!! Like seriously what's so hard about giving good service to customers??

You send me an SMS to tell me that the installation will be done on a certain day between certain hours. So I took a day off so I can wait for you guys. Next thing y'all don't show up. I mean really?? Not even a phone call to update me with the issue. Then I drive all the way to one of your stores in Forest Hill in order to find out what happened, but Guess what?? No wait I'll tell you!!! One of your consultants, her name is Tokologo was so rude and useless. Like seriously it seemed like I bothered her by being there. Seriously your service sucks ass!! I still don't know what's going on and why didn't anyone show up! I would really like an update ASAP!! Or maybe I should take my money else where!! Your service sucks big time.
