Your phone lines are completely ****ed up (to be expected from Telkom). All I want to do is confirm that my line is finally being cancelled so I can be free of this godforsaken ****show of a provider. I've dialled 10213, they can't help me and tell me to dial 10210. When I do so and enter the landline number I'm wanting to cancel it just takes me back to the idiots at 10213 who can't help. PLEASE JUST CONFIRM THE CANCELLATION I MADE ON SEP 3.

The most ironic part of it all is that Telkom got a random guy to call me yesterday who offered his apologies for the horrific service I've received from Telkom and tried to stop me from cancelling. LOL - so glad I said no. I'm terribly sorry to the poor sod who has to deal with this complaint - probably number 607 of the day. But please just tell me if it's on track to being cancelled. The Line number is: ********** 85.

And please for the love of god don't ask me to dial anything, because your systems are useless. TIA
