**** Technicians

I have been having problems with Telkom for the past month and a half, three technicians have to my and done nothing but hooking up their router and when theirs works, they say it's my router that's faulty. This is a brand new router and they don't anything else but test their router. They don't check the line, box outside in the pole or anything. I'm really frustrated and getting no where with them.
