I walked into Mall of Africa Branch on the 13 of Feb and had to wait 30 minute for them not to book my phone in. The technician literally walked out infront of me. And the other consultants were look and me. My ticket number was 124 but the went to service 125 to 128 whilest I was standing there. They than refused to book the phone in and told me to go to samasung short to have them check the phone.

My phone is only 2 months old. It heats up for no good reason and the battery life is now 5 hours from the 18 hours it was last week. The phone is a Note 8.
