**** service from telkom

Hi good day can someone please help me my reference number ref156ARK171218 I've been phoning Telkom many times already and yet to no avail . well there's no help my line has been done for two 1/2weeks when I call the people advise me about Telkom wireless line they take my I'd number down and say someone from a nother department will call me back .and explain how the wireless line and internet works and how they will send the phone to us but know 1has called us as yet . I keep on calling and getting new reference numbers but there's no help our last person I spoke to was a manager name Austin the reference number ref156ARK171218 also but there's still no help can someone please help me thank you
