Well, the matter wasn't resolved from Telkom's side.
I made my own arrangements regarding the phone.
I found that Telkom's inability to accommodate me astounding.
When this contract expires, I will not be using Telkom again. I will share my experience with my friends, family and frankly, anyone that will listen.
